1) Nexora template code & original design

The HTML, CSS, JavaScript, original SVG icons/logo, and documentation
are provided under the license terms of the marketplace where Nexora
was purchased (regular vs. extended, etc.).

This file does not replace your marketplace license agreement.


2) Fonts — SIL Open Font License 1.1
------------------------------------
Bundled font software:

- Syne (OFL 1.1)
- Outfit (OFL 1.1)
- IBM Plex Mono (OFL 1.1)

Full OFL text and copyright notices: assets/fonts/OFL.txt

The OFL allows commercial use, modification, and redistribution when
fonts are bundled with software (such as this template), provided OFL
conditions are met (including not selling the fonts by themselves).


3) Demo images — original generative assets

Images in assets/images/ were created specifically for this product
using generative image tooling and curated for demo use.

They are included so the template ships with complete visuals.
Buyers may use them as placeholders inside websites built from this
template, subject to the marketplace license for the template.

They are not redistributed third-party stock library files.

If a marketplace or client project policy forbids generative imagery,
replace these files with photography you have rights to use.


4) No third-party stock photography packages

This package does not redistribute Unsplash, Pexels, Adobe Stock,
Getty, or similar third-party stock libraries.


5) Demo / fictional content
---------------------------
Fictional company names, people, testimonials, and prices are demo copy.
They convey no endorsement and grant no trademark rights.


6) External services (optional)

If a buyer connects Formspree or another form provider, that service’s
terms apply separately. No API keys are included in this package.
